STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. General Agreement By completing a purchase with Despoina Elegance, the client agrees to these standard terms and conditions. Any modifications to these terms must be expressly agreed upon in writing by Despoina Elegance prior to the transaction.

2. Payment Terms Despoina Elegance requires full payment at the time of checkout. Orders will not be processed, handcrafted, or dispatched until payment has been successfully confirmed. We accept all major payment methods as provided through our secure Odoo storefront and mobile point-of-sale systems.

3. International Taxes and Duties For international orders, the client is responsible for all customs duties, value-added taxes (VAT), or local withholding required by their country's legislation. Despoina Elegance is not liable for these additional costs, and the full purchase price must be cleared before shipment.

4. Commitment to Craftsmanship Despoina Elegance undertakes to provide artisanal, high-quality jewelry within the estimated timeframes provided at checkout. As each piece involves intricate hand-inlay and UV resin techniques, slight variations are a hallmark of our one-of-a-kind creations. Despoina Elegance shall not be held liable for any third-party claims for damages filed against the client by an end consumer.

5. Order Discrepancies and Claims To maintain our standard of excellence, any concerns regarding your order must be submitted within 8 days of delivery. Notifications must be sent via recorded delivery or certified mail to our registered office to be considered for review.

6. Governing Law All contractual relations and transactions with Despoina Elegance are governed exclusively by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas.
